Once you place your order, we process it and inform you of the exact dispatch time, which depends on the products you have selected, as not all items are immediately available.

Shipping via Courier: (1–5 working days)

Orders are shipped with our partner courier companies: ACS Courier and ELTA Courier.

Delivery is made to the address you have provided (up to your door), for all areas covered by the courier network.

For remote or hard-to-access areas, delivery time may be longer. In such cases, as well as for shipping cost adjustments, our company will contact you.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system, based on the volume and weight of your order.

We offer a 50% discount on courier shipping costs, specifically:

 0–2 kg: €2.50 / 2–10 kg: €5.00 / 10–20 kg: €10.00 / 20–30 kg: €15.00

Cash on Delivery: 3,50 ευρω

Saturday Delivery: 5,00€

Shipping via Transport Agency (1–7 working days)

For large and heavy items, shipping is carried out via a transport agency. 

In this case, you will need to collect your order from the agency’s premises. If you wish to have delivery to your address, you must contact the transport agency directly to arrange and pay for any additional delivery cost.

 

Free shipping for orders over €100 applies to the following categories:

  1. Roller blinds and metal curtain rods under 2 meters
  2. Knobs, handles, and other decorative items under 10 kg
  3. All wallpapers

Free shipping does not apply to: Furniture, Sinks, Mirrors, Very bulky items over 10 kgFor these products, shipping costs are determined upon consultation and agreed during order processing.
