Our customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. A basic condition is that the product has not been worn, damaged, or used and is in the same condition as received, meaning the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. The product must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or retail receipt.<\/p>

Otherwise, product returns will not be accepted.<\/p>

The return shipping costs not<\/strong> covered by our company and are borne by the customer.<\/em><\/p>

IMPORTANT:<\/strong> As all our products are checked before being shipped to you, and in order to avoid any inconvenience, please carefully inspect the products at the time of delivery of your order.<\/p>

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/strong><\/u><\/p>

Products marked as \u201cCustom Order\u201d, as well as products manufactured to the customer\u2019s specific dimensions, are considered special orders and therefore cannot be returned.\u00a0<\/p>

RETURN PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/u><\/p>

To return a product, please first contact us either by email at info@home-in.gr or by phone at 801 700 7717 (local charge).<\/p>

You must then complete the return form at http:\/\/home-in.gr\/index.php?route=account\/return\/insert<\/a>in order to receive an RMA number.<\/p>

The return must be sent to the registered address of HOME IN, clearly marked as \u201cRETURN\u201d. The product will be evaluated to confirm whether it is eligible for exchange.<\/p>
